  The people we dealt with at the Zorzi Group were all excellent - true to their word, reliable, supportive and professional.  

  From signing the contract right through to the finish, the whole experience was simply wonderful. I not only got more than my expectations but I learnt a lot as well. I have built several homes in the last few years with a range of builders but I can confidently say that my experience with the Zorzi group was the best.  

  This is the second building project Zorzi has completed for me in 5 years. Both undertakings have been completed in a very professional manner. All staff have been excellent and certainly responsive to the needs of the client. My experience has been fantastic and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone seeking a high quality product.  

  We looked at going direct to an architect however decided that the benefit of working with Grandwood, who work hand in hand with any architect or designer plus have the resources to help control budget through practical, cost effective solutions, was great. We are very happy with the end result and are now working on the design of our next home with Grandwood.  

  I honestly would have a hard time trying to find an area to improve on.  

  Everything from the presentation of the displays to the design process, to communication and the process of construction and after sales service we gave the highest mark possible. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't recommend Grandwood highly enough.  

  No improvement required. All staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Totally satisfied with communication at all levels. Construction ran smoothly. Excellent supervisors who were professional, always available and very responsive. Always the cleanest site on the street.  

  Absolutely very professional and supportive. Trades were excellent.  

  Living overseas the process of building a home was daunting, however we have nothing but the highest regard for the the Zorzi Group and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Very professional, excellent communication, excellent quality.  

  Overall we love our home.  

  From the first contact the service has been phenomenal. I am the owner of a small business and have often commented that I hope that my staff deliver the same standard of service that we have received.
